To all,
    My apologies if the requirements document caused problems with your mail
servers (although since Piers is allocated 3MB with Yahoo and the file was only
1.4 I am not sure what the problem is) but I felt that given the short time you
had for review and the fact you may not have access to the net it was important
enough for a direct mailing.
