CPP-CPA spec.

If there are any problems viewing or printing the CPP-CPA spec that I
posted, a possible cause is a mismatch between acrobat 4 and acrobat 3.  If
you have the acrobat 3 viewer, replace it by the acrobat 4 viewer.

Of course I will send it in Word format to anyone who asks me.
