For significant issues, I much prefer single-issue threads.  Ultimately I
have to collate all of this stuff.

However for the smaller items that you might turn up in large numbers as
you review the draft, a single e-mail is preferable.

OK, I will start this afternoon.

I am having a hard time keeping up with the threads
when there are multi-issue messages posted.

So I propose to send out many distinct
messages each on one issue of a certain
type unless you think this clutter
will be bad?
