Subject: Re: Multiple copies of email...

Jim,

I would love to eliminate the multiple copies but it seems to be easier
said than done. If the "from" address on an email from the list were the
listserver address, and the original submitter were on the CC list, then
pushing "reply" would send the response to the list while "reply to all"
would send the reply to the CCs as well. Unfortunately "from" is the
address of the original poster. Being lazy, I find it much easier to push
"reply to all" rather than typing in the list name.

Regards,
Marty

Subject: Multiple copies of email...

Because I sent out an email about the Work Plan over a week ago, I continue
to get copied on follow-up messages under the same Subject... in two
copies! Can everyone please do the following before pressing the send
button:

1) change the Subject line if you're talking about something else
2) just send the message to the list server unless you *really* want people
to get two copies!

(of course, I'm presuming that the list server operates properly, which is
not always true...)

Thanks,

Jim
