Messaging Service and SOAP

We would like to prepare for B2B exchanges that ebXML is positioned to
define. Since ebXML did not adopt SOAP for it's messaging protocol and
instead has the Messaging service spec for exchanging messages over the web
can you point me to any current implementation? For example, even without
UDDI I can begin to develop a service which accepts SOAP using
http://xml.apache.org SOAP implementation. Is there a similar
implementation for the Message protocol that ebXML will subscribe to that I
can use today?
