More on this issue:  see the message starting the thread entitled "TEST
INDICATOR", and its Follow-Ups, in the EDI-L archives at
http://www.mail-archive.com/edi-l@listserv.ucop.edu.  BTW, the RNIF 2.0
includes a <UsageCode> flag in the Service Header, set to "Production"
or "Test."
