Hi ebXML TRP folk, Not sure what this really has to do with TRP, but 6523 (as I've said before) is old and has a limited range for IDs. For historic reasons, we may want to support it in URNs with TRP, but I would not suggest changing what we already have to accommodate it (if that is necessary, which it probably isn't -- it's been years since I actually read 6523).
