Mr. Dick Brooks, 

The SequenceNumber was moved to Header element from RoutingHeader
element. Because SequenceNumber is generated per ConversationId (not per
MSH). Please keep SequenceNumber in Header element and remove another
SequenceNumber from RoutingHeader element (I had pointed out this issue
in previous mail. See attached).

By the way, how do I get copy of the MS V.941?

Thank you for creating the revised specification v0.93. However it seems
to me that you missed several my comments. Can I ask you to revise
following points in the specification?

- line 794 [editorial] : insert one space character after period
- Some lines [editorial] :  Since SequenceNumber element was moved to
  the Header element from the Routing Header element, 
    - line 852 : delete this line
    - line 889-902 : delete this description
    - line 2336 : delete this line
    - line 2361 : move this line after line 2318
