More schema error in ebXML TRP v0.98b

All,

I have encountered two more schame errors in Appendix A.

    (1) The definitions of "version" in line 2030, 2076, 2132, 2158, 2178,
2212 missed one attribute,
            form="qualified", since they are local.
         A better way to do it is to provide a global definition for
"version". In this way, it's easy to maintain the schema.

    (2) Should the definition of "version" in line 2268 be the same as those
in the above ?
