Subject: RE: ebXML Procedures

For anyone else with the same problem, this is quite common.

To solve it:

1. try to open the XML document using MS IE 5.+
2. YOu will get the missing *.dtd and/or *.xsl error messages
3. Click "view source"
4. Save the source code as "your_file_name.xml"
5. Delete or comment out the *.dtd and *.xsl lines (lines 2 and 3 in most
cases)
6. Now open up the new file in MS IE.

or

Just open the HTML file as Klaus recommended.

The relational links to secondary files from an XML file should be absolute
if the file is non-static (ie - intended to be sent via http, cached or
saved in another location other than the current machine/directory.)

This point may need to be considered by the messaging, routing and
transportation committee.

I get the following error when I try to display the .xml version in IE
5.0. Either please send a pointer as to where I can get the referenced
file, or fix the reference.

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and
then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
