Subject: Comments on latest version TA spec.

After a quick review of the Latest TA specification
-My major concern and comment concerns the deletion of the Conformance
Section.
It is critical that this specification contain a Conformance
Clause. At the very least, the conformance section should address
what it means to conform to this, the TA specification.
Additionally, if not in this TA specification then somewhere, there needs
to be a section on ebXML conformance - describing the concept of
conformance to ebXML, how does one conform to ebXML, etc.
