ebXML Awareness Conference Call minutes Tues. 5 September 2000, 2:00 EST

Old Biz:

Alan reported that the basic templates for the press center web page
will be completed soon;  Web Review magazine had article on hints and
tips on things that the press likes to see.

William will try to have the FAQ updates completed by the next call-in
(assuming there's a call-in on the Tuesday before the Face to Face).

Alex is working on the TRP tutorial.  William suggested that he call
Dick Brooks of 8760 if he has questions on any of the specifications.
We're doing the tutorial rather than TRP because sometimes it's better
to have people out of the thick of things work on these things.  Alex is
optimistic that a start to the tutorial will be available by next week.

Neither Norbert nor Simon were available for the StC telephone
conference last week.  The StC meeting tomorrow should be interesting
because of the recent UDDI announcement.  William once more asked for
the userID and password to the StC e-mail archive.

New Biz:

Alan said the initial ICM (insurance) meeting in NY on Jan. 29 will have
a session on ebXML, but Alan will not be able to attend.  Alan will put
out a call for volunteers to make the presentation - perhaps somebody on
the East Coast.

Both Alan and William will be at the X12 meeting in Cincy on Oct 2-5.
The XML WG will have ebXML on the agenda.

William will not be attending the face to face in Chicago.  Alan will
attend.  It's up in the air whether Norbert will make it.
