Subject: RE: Schema & BP Spec: Items for today's BP/CC meeting
I have had it crash also but it usually finds an error and reports it in the xsv.xml file. Microsoft announced their new parser MSXML 4.0 which is supposed to support the latest version of the W3C schema. I haven't downloaded the Microsoft 4.0 parser yet so I can't vouch for its validity. I took version 099 of the DTD and converted with Extensibility. I had to modify the namespace specifications and it validated with the validation tool. I didn't add any of the datatypes into the schema, however, it should work. The version I created is available at: http://www.eccnet.com/test/EbXmlProcessSpecification.xsd Betty On Thu, 19 Apr 2001, Kanaskie, Kurt A (Kurt) wrote: > Betty, > > Thanks, I tried the validator but both my and Neal's version caused it to > crash.
