This seems reasonable, I expected of course that http would be the leader,
as it pretty much is in all things. I was somewhat expecting that smtp
might
not be number 2 though. 

Do you know of some http, smtp, and other protocol accessible repositories
I
can reference in a report?

Also in the non-http, non-smtp bound messaging solutions have you ever
noted
that these are often specifically limited, perhaps to internal trading
partners or similar limitations?
