Subject: RE: ebXML list of participants


Undoubtedly the list is not 100% accurate, but it's what we've got. With
more planning and resources on Day One we could have created a real
whiz-bang membership database/mail list administrator, but that didn't
happen, and resources that were promised by one of the participating
companies to develop such a scheme a little while later never materialized.

Anyway, as I understand it, the purpose of keeping a list was simply for
publicity purposes, which is served by publishing the list of participants
on the web page. No other use has been made of this list.

So my question remains, simply, do we want to list all subscribers as
"participants"?
