Both of the last two specs will be merged into the main first spec. The
error handling spec is an initial draft and hasn't been reviewed

ebXML TR&P project. I tried to subscribe to the mailing
list, but the link from the ebxml website is broken
(subscribe.pl is not found). Is there a way I can
get the latest copies of the specs for TR&P, including
the various additional specs I see referenced in the
mailing list (e.g., Header, Packaging, Envelope, etc.)?
