Re: revised TA messaging services (sect 11)

Duane,

I think that the conversion from MS word to StarOffice and
back lost the graphics. Since only 11.3 needs to be revised
(and it is still being revised by TR&P team editors) can
you simply cut-n-paste from previous version of TA spec?
