As I said, that was my personal opion.  I know we'll discuss this tomorrow (assuming I can get
someone to host the call!), and in San Jose.  If you want to discuss further on a listserv,
please just post your message to the ebXML-Requirements listserv and don't copy the stc listserv
or individuals.  The steering committee has enough going on.
